How to solve the painful dilemma of the past, present and future? And get rid of depression

From my experience of self-healing depression, I want to get rid of depression completely and get health and happiness. It is necessary to establish a correct outlook on life, values, and world outlook. This is extremely important.

When you stay at home now, or go to work at two o'clock every day. And every day, your mind is very full of things that make you annoyed and painful. Your vast inner world or thinking space is solidified by your pain. This is one of the fundamental reasons for the decline in brain power, inability to think with the brain, sluggish response, decreased memory, and decreased language ability without considering the side effects of drugs.

   Because you are constantly strengthening and magnifying, the pain is filled. Did not leave the slightest room for mental operation. So, for now, you can't think of any way to solve the problem, so you think that your problems are impossible to solve. When your worldview is big enough to make your mind flexible, problems that cannot be solved can be easily solved. Those so-called difficulties are merely ideological difficulties.

Now, it is also the only one that really exists.

The past only exists in the shadow of your memory, and the future is just a phantom of your imagination.

And the most painful thing for people with depression is the past small regrets, small mistakes, small pains, small injuries, pain and self-blame. Since you put all your thoughts on the pictures of the pain in the past, every time you think about it, you will magnify the pain and bring it closer to reality. Instead of paying attention to the real truth at this moment.

Originally, the future is walking out with your feet, but you are walking with your head. Being in the pain of huge negative emotional energy, the construction of the future is also negative and pessimistic. Then, thinking of a way, I couldn't get through, and I was very anxious. Thinking of another way, I still can't get through, it's very painful. So you keep thinking about it, and you build the phantom of the future into a painful, almost real world that is completely unreachable.

You are thinking about the pain of the past and the future all the time, and you have turned the phantom that did not exist into reality. Then your inner world becomes a dead, painful, almost real world. Over time, ending life seems to be the only choice.

How to get rid of this painful dilemma? In fact, in the final analysis, there is nothing to break. Because nothing exists at all. When you understand that the painful things in the past and the future are illusory, there is no real existence.

Don't use your thoughts to reinforce the things that make you painful. You must know that you are the creator of your inner world, and your intention is to create the inner world. These full of pains are created by myself. You have to shape your inner world into a bright world full of positive energy, concentrate on grasping the reality of the moment, take every step of the reality, and strive to create a better future!
